Symless IT (Formerly known as WeFixItForYou – Computer Repair and Managed IT), was established after years of industry experience and with a clear objective – to bring about lasting positive changes in the field of Information Technology. We recognized a concerning trend where many IT companies prioritized their own financial gains over the well-being and success of their clients. Too often, quick-fix solutions were implemented, knowing well that the same issues would reoccur. Dissatisfied with this approach, we made a commitment to do things differently.
In February 2016, Symless IT was founded, and our initial clients were those who had experienced our dedication and honesty while we worked for other IT companies. Eight years later, a significant portion of our clientele still comes from referrals and word of mouth, a testament to the value our clients place on our work. We have helped many of clients during & after of 2016 devastating fort McMurray wildfire and they have never forgotten that we stood by them when they needed us, now they are clients for the life.
